August 2015 - Kevin Crowley will speak on learning in informal settings to the National Research Council's How People Learn II consensus study panel at the National Academy of Sciences in Washington, D.C.

January 2015 - Marti Louw, longtime media and technology lead at UPCLOSE, is joining the faculty at Carnegie Mellon University as the Director of the Learning Media Design Center. Although we will miss her daily presence, her new office is less than a mile away from UPCLOSE and we are looking forward to continuing our collaboration.
